Harborlight Community Partners is dedicated to offering a service-enriched program for HCP residents. Each of our properties offers supportive services for health and personal care, as well as life enrichment activities and social connections.
Senior housing with supportive services is especially critical, such that seniors can age in place as long as possible. We are constantly looking to improve and expand these services to meet the evolving needs of our residents. From meetings with PACE and Senior Care to on-site art classes and tai chi, each service partner makes up the mosaic which completes a full and enriched resident experience.
For families, living in an HCP property means we are more than a property manager; when you are here, you are family. HCP Property Managers take the time to know the families in our properties and offer support and guidance toward resources when needed.
HCP also offers a Financial Coaching Program, open to all HCP residents, especially our families, to learn budgeting, credit building or repair, savings, and more. For those for home ownership is a dream, we offer both a First Time Home Buyers Course and an IDA program (Individual Development Account) with a matched savings incentive to build a nest egg toward that down payment.
For families and seniors, HCP works with varying social service organizations, to ensure residents have the nutritional food, resources and the support they need to maintain independence and stability.
Associated Home Care (AHC) is our elder service provider. AHC is a local company dedicated to caring for frail elders. They do a wonderful job providing personal care services for our residents at Harborlight House, Turtle Creek, and Turtle Woods.
