Harborlight Homes develops, manages and advocates for quality, service-enriched housing that is affordable and inclusive, collaborating with communities to cultivate just, equitable and sustainable housing opportunities vital to the health and strength of our entire region.

Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC)

The Community Investment Tax Credit, or CITC, is a MA program to incentivize giving and maximize donations made to organizations like Harborlight (“Community Development Corporations”, or CDCs).

CITC credits are limited. If you are interested in making a Community Investment Tax Credit Gift, please contact Bethany Blake at bblake@harborlighthomes.org prior to making your gift.
