Hamilton ” Harborlight Community Partners, a growing non-profit affordable housing operator and developer on the North Shore, honored the Town of Hamilton for their support of Firehouse Place, the Town’s first Community Preservation Fund supported affordable housing project.
Thank you for your extensive work in making Firehouse Place possible: A long term home for the Acord Food Pantry and four new units of Hamilton affordable housing, was inscribed on the 2010 Community Partnership award accepted by Town Manager Michael Lombardo and presented by Harborlight Community Partners’ Board President, Carol Suleski. Hamilton’s Board of Selectmen, Community Preservation Committee and Housing Partnership were also recognized.
The event, A Celebration of Community Partnerships, was held at the Hawthorne Hotel on Saturday, Nov. to honor a variety of local municipalities and organizations for their support of recent affordable housing projects.
