Housing Highlights

Anchor Point, located on Sohier Road Beverly, will have 77 affordable two and three bedroom apartments on a 5-acre lot.  This will be built phases: Phase 1 (38 units- now completed) and Phase 2 (39 units). There will be 40 two-bedrooms and 37 three-bedrooms. There will also be a community education building called “The Lighthouse Center (TLC)”. TLC will provide spaces for on-site day care, after-school programming, adult education, play spaces, community gardens and more.
