Willow Street Flats, is a new construction located in Hamilton that features one- and two-bedroom apartments for individuals and families. There is a total of 18 units in the building, 9 of which are affordable units.

HCP’s Family Housing provides high quality affordable housing for low-income working families.

Affordable two and three bedroom apartments built in phases: Phase 1 (38 units) and Phase 2 (39 units). There will also be a community education building called "The Lighthouse Center (TLC)".

Six affordable two-bedroom units within walking distance to Beverly Commuter Rail and Downtown.
