As with the safety of residents HCP employees are also of great concern both regarding health and safety and pertaining to mitigating potential economic hardship.

Employees who can telework have been instructed to do so and lessen office contact.

Protocols are in place to ensure HCP employees who must remain on site (Property Managers, Facilities staff, and Service Coordinators) have limited contact with residents (contact via phone, no office visits) – for the protection of both the front line staff and predominately to mitigate potential virus spread to residents by those going in and out of the building.

Finally, as we weather this COVID-19 crisis, HCP will work very hard to ensure that HCP employees are not negatively impacted; while we do not know what the future holds, our intention is to maintain the regular number of hours for our employees. Our team of staff, volunteers, and community supporters are the lifeblood of HCP’s mission. We are committed to helping our people and their families during this crisis to the best of our abilities.
