In December, 2013, Harborlight Community Partners announced the completion of an  $18.3M financial restructuring to preserve the 109 units of affordable housing for fixed income seniors at Turtle Creek Apartments in Beverly. The refinincing also made possible plans for  major renovation work for the 30-year old property.    View project photos here.

A celebration to mark completion of 10 months of renovation work at Turtle Creek  was held on July 9, 2014.
